Hey Everyone! It’s that time of year again. You sewer rates have been updated. The base rate is still $14.04, but your sewer calculation that is based off your January, February, and March water reads has been updated. If you see anything that you think is wrong with it, please give us a call so we can check it out!

I also wanted to let you all know that the 2023 Consumer Confidence Report is up on our website and also available in the office. It shows all out water test results for the year. We passed all of our water tests, as well as Joint Powers. We have a copy of their CCR at the office if you want to see it too.

The biggest thing I wanted to talk to you all about is water shut offs. The weather is warming up, so we will be starting to shut water off for non-payment this month. If you are three months behind and don’t make arrangements with us for payment, you will be getting shut off on the Tuesday after the board meeting. But keep in mind, if you are shut off for non-payment, your water will not be able to be turned back on until the following day during office hours. The operators will not be taking payments, and if you pay online, it will have to be verified by our clerk during the next days business hours before it can be turned back on.
