Board Meeting
The monthly meeting of the Board of Directors will be on May 19th at 6pm here at the office!
Shut Offs
If you account is past due over 3 months, you will receive a certified letter letting you know, and then if we do not receive payment or have arrangements made with us, we will be shutting your water off in the afternoon on the third Tuesday of the month. You will not be able to have your water turned on until we receive your payment during business hours the following day.
Financial Aid
If you are having trouble paying your utility bills, please go to the following website and see what they can do to help!
Wyoming Homeowner Assistance Fund Program (HAF) - Wyoming Department of Family Services
Sweetwater Family Resource Center is also here to help with rent and utility payments. Call (307)362-6549 for local help!
Late Payments
Starting November 29, 2021, any bill not paid by 1:30pm on the 28th of the month will be assessed a penalty for non-payment. The penalty will be 1.75% of the balance due on the account. If the 29th falls on a Friday or the weekend, the payment is due by 1:30 on the Thursday before. These fees are assessed at 30 days past due.
